At Marathon Bank, we believe the loan process should be simple and hassle-free. Whether you're ready to apply for a loan, would like to get pre-approved, or have questions about your options, please contact or visit with one of our experienced loan officers to make the process easy and get the money you need.

Provide your employer with your Marathon Bank checking account number and routing number, which can be found at the bottom of your checks.

Availability of funds depends upon the type of funds being deposited. Cash or funds deposited by Direct Deposit are available immediately. Deposits made by Cashier's Checks, U.S. Postal money orders, US Treasury checks, state and local government checks are available the day after deposit. For all other items deposited it is best to check with your local Marathon Bank office to check the date of availability.

You can place a stop payment by contacting your local office or through our Internet Banking System. Please be prepared to give your account number, check number, date the check was issued, amount of check, to whom the check was made payable and the reason for placing the stop. The more information that is given, the easier it is to ensure that the stop is placed on the proper transaction. For contact information and hours of operation, checkout our locations page. 

Our financial institution will never call and ask you for this information. Never provide your account and/or routing and transit number to anyone, unless you are setting up Direct Deposit with a known party.
